Sutton Community Farm - veg bags NEW pick up point at Deen City Farm

We are now pleased to be a pick up point for Sutton Community Farms Veggie Bags!

Grab the freshest veg around

Local community enterprise Sutton Community Farm is offering a new veg bag delivery service to Worcester Park. Based in Wallington, South London, the farm grows a range of tasty spray-free veggies with input from local volunteers.

How it works:

The farm is linked with other local organic producers to ensure there is a range of quality, fresh, veggies each week. There's also a free recipe each week and if there's something you really don't like we can replace it with something else.

There are two sizes of bag: small: with 5 or 6 types of veg (including potatoes), or standard (for larger households) with 8 or 9 types of veggies in larger quantities, or if you prefer more greens there’s a no potato option too. Just log on to the website and order your bag on Thursday for pick up the following Thursday afternoon.

Other reasons to grab a bag:

Great value: by buying direct from the farm we ensure that our prices are kept low, often significantly lower than supermarket organic veg.

Extra-fresh: most of the produce is harvested on the day so is super fresh and nutritious - from farm to fork within 24 hours!

Supporting the local economy: independent research found that £1 spent on our farm produce generates 84% more for the local economy

Low carbon: by buying local we're slashing food miles (did you know the average Sunday roast has travelled 24,000 miles?!), we also use organic and permaculture principles and were set up by local environmental charity BioRegional - independent research found that our beans for example produce 82% less greenhouse gas emissions.
